Veneers

Veneers are a relatively quick procedure that can drastically improve ones smile. Veneers are usually made of thin porcelain and can be quite beautiful. The procedure for veneers varies for every tooth and in some cases can be as easy as completing dental impressions and having a quality dental laboratory make them. Most times however, the dentist will need to lightly reshape the teeth to get a better outcome. Veneers work great in situations where teeth are really discolored or they just won’t whiten to the desired outcome. Veneers are a quick fix to several problems. Sometimes, however a quick fix is not quite what we need. Sometimes it can be better to fix the underlying problem of crooked teeth by moving the teeth with braces. After the movement into ideal or almost ideal positions, veneers can be fabricated to achieve the final look.
