At Engel Family Dentistry we are dedicated to honest personalized dental care for the entire family. We focus on high quality life long dental care to maintain the best appearance and the healthiest teeth possible for all of our patients. We understand the importance of good dental health, and also how important it is to have a quality smile. We also understand that life happens around the clock, not just during business hours. We are there for you when you need us, and offer on call emergency care. It’s hard to smile when you aren’t comfortable, and if you’re worried about your smile its hard to be comfortable. We take care of both.

  • Dr.
    Mark Engel
    DDS

    Dr. Engel graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center, at Houston Dental Branch in 2003. Dr. Engel loves practicing dentistry, so immediately after graduating, he began practicing dentistry in Arizona. In 2011, he moved to the Sacramento area, where in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and seven children.

    When Dr. Engel is out of the office, you can often find him working on projects around the home, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Engel is also an Eagle Scout and enjoys teaching the kids some of the skills he has learned over the years.

    Dr. Engel enjoys giving back to the community whenever he can. When located in Arizona, he sat on the Advisory Board for Mesa Community College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board. Since relocating to California, he has served as a volunteer Dentist for the California Mission of Mercy with the California Dental Association.  He also works in the youth program at his church.
